• Support to conduct effective internal audits & audit reporting / finding closures
• Support to conduct effective management review
• Better process documentation like – Process Flow charts, Product –Process Sheets, Process Control plan etc.
• Process Mapping / Documentation of new activities / requirement in the company
• To work on the policy of "Less Documentation Effective Implementation"
- To meet the client new requirement like – Specific Trainings to new / existing employees, Compliance with Legal requirement and any new requirement etc.
- Handholding during external audits & customer audit at our clients' end
